The Rain Becomes the Clouds is beautifully animated music video depicting a random stroll through the life of NYC resident, Emanuel Ayvas. With various appearances by the Fear, the video follows Emanuel through the streets of NYC, onto the subway, and lastly to the roof of a Brooklyn apartment building where the music flourishes into a climatic conclusion.
